Cancellation Policy
•While I understand life events can happen, I kindly ask that all reschedules/cancellations be made 48 hours in advance from your service(s) time(s).
•In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule with less than the 48 hour notice, please note that a 50% fee of your service(s) will be charged to your card on file. A notice of one (1) hour or less or a complete no show of your service(s) will result in a 100% fee being charged to the card on file.
•New clients are required to pay a non refundable deposit for their first appointment. Far too often a new client will book a service(s) and hold book space for weeks just to cancel when they receive their reminder text. The deposit will go toward the service. If the appointment is cancelled/rescheduled, you forfeit the deposit.
•Repeated rescheduling/canceling will result in a nonrefundable 50% deposit for each service booked.
•When booking pedicures, please be advised that opting for a polish change instead of a full pedicure that was booked will still be charged as a pedicure. Please book accordingly to your needs. Altering this appointment will still need to follow the 48 hour rescheduling policy.
•Please reach out to me for any repairs. If a client books “extra service time” as a repair appointment, it will be cancelled.
•I kindly ask that you do not come into the building prior to your scheduled appointment time. Unless I personally reach out for you to come in early, please remain in your car.
•Any single appointment that is longer than two (2) hours will be charged at an hourly rate when doing nail art to accommodate for the time blocked off. You will be charged the base price of your service (acrylic, hard gel, or luminary price) and once the nail art begins, the hourly art fee will start. Please refrain from using extra service time as a buffer to accommodate for tardiness.
•In the event of needing a last minute scheduling or any appointment that has me scheduling outside of my business hours will be accompanied by a $20 fee.
